My brother is exceptionally smart and functional when medicated, and 7 people sitting in a role play game spent 8 years now (My Games Guild of Heroes), doing damaging impersonations on the web, physical threats, disruption and manipulation of my sister and brother as well.
I almost assure you the person who was tracking my sister's whereabouts picked her up on purpose for her coastal trip to Florida.
In this process they managed to convince each other that because they don't care about Tim or any human being this is their super power. They fed Tim movie lines and lies, he impaled himself on my father each time who would rage at him then call him delusional. (for which there is plenty of evidence it included Terrence Whaley and a person from Shell). They convinced themselves and each other if they can get Tim out of housing into a hospital (or jail) with lies and hoaxes they were doing him a public service.
At least one of them is in the actual court system and could navigate with a person in Shell across calendars and communications to make up stories, shuffle my brother around and dehouse him.
They never undo their lies either. They left him to stew being called delusional or crazy and damaging his falsely accused (still today) calling that a solution.
These guys in health and human services helped. 100$ bet the Smalley Brothers are invested in the conversion of health care for mental illness to the alzheimers treatment center it is today at the Meninger Clinic. Some role because this guy stalking has the inside scoop on all local news like he is an analyst working in PR.
Working with these folks has cost more to my families life than I earned 15 years working at Shell.
If the top of the heap is corrupt and working with the Smalley Brothers you have nothing but fearful or vicious people getting away with it.

I'm dealing with someone in the bunch of 7 who have done cyber and physical stalking now since 2016 and they are truly brain damaged like Qanon. 40% of what comes out of their manipulation turns out to be true. The deaths and harassment have been very real.
