Trails to Julia being targeted from "something" or "someone"

I am using a product called Autopsy Sleuthkit. I still have many other files yet I was curious about the ability to see across all of the personal professional spaces at once and it may be doing it.. Our lives are digital. 

Still indexing old files with autopsy yet a nugget found already. It will be 2007, pretty sure. It will align with Estonian hacker reports. Someone was targeting my sister from my work or school. They probably thought it was a funny IOC (indicator of compromise). As I said she was being targeted by someone from my work. May be a contractor, maybe a colleague, not sure yet.
