30 Days Ago... in Harris County Clerks (updated)

Thirty days ago I submitted a request to the Harris County Court to find out who made the allegation about my brother, so I can understand how he has been receiving due process.

I understand who the alleged victim is, it is in the police report. Yet, I have looked at the building and spoken to a few folks, and it seems to me the was made up to help him find a bed in a facility (any facility). The question is how long was he allowed to ruminate feeling falsely accused? 

 This is extremely unhealthy, in any circumstance, for such an extended duration. Especially now that I found out how many times he has been manipulated over the years. 

My father was writing actual fiction from 2010 on, some of which was based on his prior emails like a time warp. It became evident someone from my job had been manipulating Tim in tandem as well as Terrence Whaley. I have many details on this. 

He was falsely accused of a pregnancy in prior years by his girlfriend. I found out about it decades later. My father did not understand Tim could not speak to him about this.

He has been so grossly manipulated, I wish I could roll back time it has been so many years. It has been psychologically unhealthy for him. 

This is a request for the party who made the "allegation" (I know who the victim is, it is in police records). It's somewhat assumed the party making the allegation has been sitting in this online game harassing me, ensuring deaths while flipping estates, also changing names of people on Meta, etc.

Tim Mattered. Julia did too. They mattered the minute I detected problems:

Tim: the year of the car wreck 1989?

Julia: 2006 when what I received was laughter about Tim, it was so evident Julia needed help too

There was exhaustive detail gathered about her being raped and manhandled collected by the attorney. (she did need to get rape kits and tracking every step of the way).

Participants in a joint (fully and emotionally) agreed plan, evaluation of the laws, once I realized, not one, yet two siblings were tanking were zero.

In between saying fuck and shit in Greg's other emails...this may be code for he took my fathers money and left Tim abandoned. He did a financial only divorce possibly to achieve hat. Quote: "Lastly I ask God's blessing on your souls.  Our Father has done the best he could in his lifetime with us."

He did. And I can see now after reading all of his emails to me he was being manipulated, and Tim was in 2010. 

I am not saying we can save someone who doesn't want to help themselves, yet I should not have been alone in this for so long, and this situation with Tim has been a living hell. Who has given Tim hugs and love?

I could not - Julia put me into a toxic cycle of thinking his health care plan could be changed. I asked her not to do that. Stan thought he could be "starved out", I asked him not to do that. It was a VERY upsetting day that began in 2007/8ish in my own kitchen. I begged, please do not try "removing him from your will" you are punishing someone who cannot understand punishment of this type. 

They starved him out by 2010 and he approached other people who were than sure to kick him out of housing because now he was not hiding. He lost housing from the starvation approach.

Still never did get the long super secret rant attachment from Stan. The forever mystery. 

 

This is language of a man who thinks he is evading law suits. No, you are evading understanding there were medical issues in your family. I'm really looking forward to seeing Stan's will.

In full theatrical style after Julia sniped (she thought Stan took away her child) yet also outlined her achievements she did some work this year, clearly lonely now, Greg snipes back with his list of achievements with a bout of tourettes syndrome.

The things Greg never says directly:

 - He has 3 kids (he says this part yet not how this is a "lever" in any negotiation

-  He thinks everything happening in Texas was someone else's responsibility

If you have 3 kids you can play the game and be the ultimate manipulator. You cannot have two siblings running into mental health challenges, rape and mishandling, whom you would like to help. You have to have your own kids then you can go for the prize.

 

In your terms, "Fucking shit" Greg I bet you worked out a deal and still left your brother behind. Your son popped in right after we declined on the house (not for financial reasons) and right when the most attractive woman from my work was there.

 

The "bot & hacker game" someone who operates in your favor worked with (which was EXHAUSTIVE) has cost lives. There was a TCU financier in the mix while they laughed as Catherine Marie Bissonnet was run over and two other women were targeted. A guy in the hallway died here from absurdity from them last December.

Someone tried to delete it all yet I still have it from slack space when I took a forensic image of a computer.

Woven in that year were attempts by MSNBC and several other news site where the legal team and media/marketing were sending specifically crafted messages about Facebook use and "Family".

 

It's highly personal yet someone was manipulating from one of my jobs with Apple Media as well.

 

The law firm and Shell had been manipulating since 2010 when they read my email and saw an opportunity window when my father had shared news. This is now presumed to have been fueled by Stan's threats to make an "op-ed" to Terrence Whaley to get them to do more heavy lifting on our crisis situation.

 

Because Shell (and CSC) have already been noted in these records to intentionally have made a Jennifer Brito news article (with photos) from HCAD in 2004 - this has gone on a very long time.

 

Why is it important? My family was completely divided from manipulation by these folks.

(his wife is presumed to have been manipulating in this game lying about her and his identity due to the above an entire 10 years. presumed without confirmation)

He had my sister "gurgling" and it wasn't a toothbrush it was intentional re-exploitation he has been doing on the basis of 2012 emails he gathered. Then he terrorized me with it with bots. He is still sitting in an online game yelling at his screen trying to sound cool in @goheroesgame (My Games Guild of Heroes). She's not the first person to report to me waking up finding some person standing over their bed. He's worked through many contacts and has had a TON of data access.

 

She's stuck in a failed system of predators.

 

They drained me of empathy manipulating her like a marionette and to attack harder.

 

It's quite similar to what was done when Tim was manipulated in 2010.

 

It is going to be the same person doing all of this, he has demonstratively shown he has accessed voice and email since 2004 coming up with his idea to bot every call and communication he could come up with from work, personal, and historical data tied with real time communications access.

I sent you a letter. 

I found out some information in 2019. I did not figure out how badly she had lied to you until 2025.  She told me a story in 2019, she lied to you in 1995. 

I had to chase around other information to figure out. 

You were lied to Tim, by Jennifer. 

There is no baby. 

Someone may have even invented one from my work (they were that viscous) and emailed you. I am looking through that right now. There is an image I do not recognize and a mailbox I do not recognize in this.

I have been using a forensic tool to sort through those emails. It's pretty clear someone was playing a lot of stalking and hoax games. 

Dad did not know what happened. You were not fairly treated. No one ever said "what" you were searching for. You were being led on.

Don't you remember when she accused me of hacking? She was fast to accuse people of things. She went all the way with lies.

Someone was already stalking (Presumed from CPS and someone from my school by 1992 unless I can find better email history). She was right about online user names. They used stupid names in games. That was probably what you were seeing.

It's so unfair to you. It breaks my heart every day. It makes me depressed to think about how you were treated when you simply could not talk about things so difficult.

It did not help I had evil co-workers muddying the water for everyone. I just figured that out recently. They were taking Jennifer and having her pose in Harris County Appraisal District articles when I bought my house in 2004. 

That happened while CSC was acting strangely (our service provider) about some email configurations, which could have been implemented to stop the diversity team from being spammed.

I sent you a letter, I doubt it gets to you. Your life was made a living hell by multiple liars. Terrence Whaley, someone from Shell, Jennifer so many people. I am working on the "who" from Shell part.

The forever mystery of Tim's 1995 hack

What was the meaning of the names of gamers from 1995? I have been thinking through the names I can recall from the time period in which Jennifer made a police report.

I do not actually know what application she thought was attacked. She terrorized me.

Today I'm thinking about any application I used which had user names in chats. There was a man who would call himself Tombstone, Stella and  Toenailzz. I am not sure why he came to mind. He was French Quebec I believe. This seemed like a strange gamer handle in Westwood chat.

I am pretty sure someone who would work in KMS and in Tim's friends (who were they on the Internet?) would have been reading this at the time 1995:

It was kind of funny how an advertiser was following most topics "toenails" as I came across this, publishing an "Ingrown" ad.

Why were Westwood Chats never indexed? Seems like a shame.

My brother never told me what names, in what application he was seeing with Jennifer. It was a big deal she had taken the topic to the police saying he was being hacked.

It is so rare that I ever came across philosophical conversation on the Internet. It was at college, with Tim (I miss him), with occasional boyfriends, or at school. There is no being "schooled" on the Internet. It is mostly noise.

My brother would have actually been a funny teacher. So much bad was happening and I wish I had been there with him to process our grief, and his guilt together. I know now he was falsely accused of something so serious by Jennifer it snapped him. She did this to all of us. She made it clear herself in the call while a man was chasing me around in 2019. She has no child. It was a philisophical argument. He did not want to tell my father. It really messed him up. He thinks he has a baby somewhere  He was already under too much stress, possibly concussion from the car wreck.
