Enclosed in the below graphic is the date Gregory Merriman made arrangements with Stan Merriman for the care of Tim. It entailed locking him up, throwing out the key. He was incarcerated a full 1.5 years on a false charge. The hoax itself was shown to me by a party who will be described below. The whole situation has had both a tangible and opportunity cost now of an easy million.
The psychopath orchestrating the situation left me solving "mystery theater" including what arrangements they made for Tim's care.
I would have liked to have worked on something better quality for Tim with my life, such as living on a farm with us. The toll the man "Steelhorse" has had on our lives and marriage is unbelievable. The company My Games that hosts him on a known websockets platform to chat refuses to give up his identity to law enforcement when I contacted law enforcement. Similarly, law enforcement believes the issues are "policy" or "jurisdictionally" out of scope.
As I was complying with FBI bulletins that SMS was compromised, my father was busy writing up law suits for using "encrypted aps (sic)" and the man utilizing a gamer handle Steelhorse was impersonating my father's wife at the same time. As the man was communicating in an online game, he was concussing my sister to have her call gurgling and asking for help or extorting then presenting himself as the "King of Saudi Arabia". He did this while a Facebook/Meta developer was "intentionally" disabling Facebook/Meta data takeout for my sister as she called for help. Later botting he was doing "swordfish" as "hazing" for "hackers".
The disappointment in Meta's oversight of their workers is significant.
Things began becoming strange in 2012 when my friend Betty was not being let into our home as expected when I provided two people sufficient info to help her out. I would later learn that, in fact, a man was collecting Google Voice and SMS messages and running foul play with them. He would identify as a gamer named "Steelhorse" in a game titled "Guild of Heroes" where he could control the logs and the chat channel used to confess numerous spoofed emails, calls, and interference in our day to day lives.
Because it was an actual Meta developer disabling her data takeout, when she asked me for help, the lack of downloadable information (made accessible to everyone else) would prevent the origin of the attacks from being traceable.
The amount of money this man and 8 other people spent on covering up incident after incident, including intentional miscommunications leading to the death of a childhood friend (they were doing OSINT/HUMINT on presumptively) has been pretty devastating.
I am very disappointed with both Gregory Merriman and Stan Merriman as it is somewhat clear someone in the family helped launch and cooperated with this.
There have been several beatings, presumed set-ups for arrests, and one death coming out the other side of this gamer's delusions. He literally dissociates from the reality of what he has done to hurt people.
I have 10 terabytes of data from the man's attacks - he is extremely psychotic and dedicated his entire life to causing chaos. It would require more tools and team than I have the capacity to address.
Law enforcement and the platforms he compromised response has has been extremely disappointing - especially in light of the fact there was a fatality.
