Testing and Ethics

Took a quick look today to see if there was an easy to find ethics statement about product testing in the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) CSRIC standards. One I am going to find quickly because obviously someone has decided to make me a tester yet again in a product I am paying thousands to use. Sure enough no easily found regulation right at the top - do not use people as your free product testers. Therefore, once again I am being exploited by a telecommunications manufacturer every time I open up Air Marshal on Cisco Meraki.I am free labor to the product I am paying for the overhead on.

 I contemplated as I looked at the same entry in Air Marshal, should I load up Kismet and see if the "Shenzen Trolinc" smart dongle exists? And I decided no, I am tired because the person who keeps doing this has taken so many withdrawals on my personal emotional bank account it is not worth it. 

I have browsed a few people Harris County who were supposed to be my representative on FCC boards. Are they working to solve anything on my hard earned tax dollar, now abused by the guy who literally incarcerated my brother playing swat games with online games and rolling out test packages for cellular services to IOS. A man who has unredacted satellite access (better than what you would see on Google Earth) who has annoyed my life with agitations literally every day for 2,907 days. 

Curious to see what the FCC is doing to solve the problem of the consumers life and labor being constantly disrupted by lack of basic dignity in technology deployment, whilst paying for it at the same time. A quick look - he/she is responding to emergencies and hurricanes. Has a balanced life of enjoying also the Livestock Show and rodeo. Doing what is expected for availability of telecommunications and emergency services. He/she probably has not considered himself a consumer advocate on basic levels of telecommunications delivery. Does such a role even exist?

 It is clear system testing ethics / standards are not regulated at any federal and local level. 

I have been used as someones personal "free ride" as a tester on everything from pushing out packages for cellular communication configurations to mobile devices to CSAM sweeping. The person who keeps placing my account and devices in this testing has zero remorse, sits in online games, or any digital medium he can access, saying he is the NSA disrupting my marriage, my family and our lives. He banded together with someone who collects machine learning data, and someone who finds exploits repeatedly. It is exhausting. 

 I am so tired of this individual who tries so hard to stalk me in so many ways, with actual testing procedures, I think I will simply report the company to the BBB. If I have to load up Kismet to make the screenshots someone in your analytics cloud dev team has literally made the product I paid for unreliable as a source of truth...then I am going to the BBB.  I will have already taken 3 more steps at that point than I want to for a man who dedicated his life to harassing me and causing grief and loss.

They know full well at Cisco they are not resolving the issues from the tickets I opened.
