Why are Apple and Google allowing any application through a "store" that cannot be trusted to operate on the same device as your heart monitor, your 911 calls, and your emergency response now?

Guy had me running to welfare check on my father he impersonates my fathers wife so well (this did not go well at all)
And MyGames is still in a play store?
