Ok Evidently I was on a blackberry in April as my gmail is being read

 Noted because I had a traffic stop that was odd and was reaching out to attorney's to help solve it while I could be absent because I was in the MIDDLE OF A MAJOR family crisis and yet another company reorg.

Really not sure why I need a gamer named Steelhorse making bots out of all of this between 2019 and 2026 yet he is because he had read my gmail. 

I can still type a decent email by phone because I'm on a Blackberry with a decent keyboard. The man would obsess over this note...

Hi David,   I hope all is well. Would you be willing help me once again? I need help fighting a traffic ticket. 

I know that probably does not sound like an opportunity of a lifetime, but was hoping you could help me or identify someone else who can help me to fight it. 

Looks like I need to engage an attorney in next few weeks to help with decisions and get the form in (e.g. trial by jury /judge)   

I found the situation strange. 

Believe the police officer just watched cars until he found one he would pick on. Followed me as I was leaving CVS pharmacy (parked) exiting at 5mph - he was sitting across road. 

Followed me for almost a mile, .9 per google maps. 

At about .5 of a mile he chose to stop to make a left turn in a busy intersection then changed his mind and started following me again. 

He then claimed I was speeding at the "big building down the road" and pointed to a building that was "after" he was going to make a left turn. 

Mindful I was being followed by a police car from the moment I left the pharmacy, I watched my dashboard display the whole way and know I was going 30mph. I haven't had ticket in so many years (10 maybe 15).  See attachment for log of events.   

Would like to fight this ticket but also have some help with writing up a well crafted complaint to HPD. 

Can't imagine why this guy singled me out like this other than I had a Bill White bumper sticker on my Prius .... was in work clothing heading to gym/office mid-day. Please let me know if able to help or if you can refer me to someone.
