Drunk Driver Goes To Court vs. Mental Health Ward

They get due process. The jury never knows whether or not he had been convicted of drunk driving.

 Someone with a mental health condition goes to court - completely different set of rules. Ticking and tying how many times he was picked up hiding in a dark corner somewhere terrified and documented as a negative.  

Add in this nonsense I still need to understand from 2010 - where he was manipulated and potentially innocent. I now know my work associate started manipulating him (yes they did) and shuffling him around in front of my meetings (yes they did) it is beyond a shadow of doubt now.

They could have spent 2010 actually negotiating removal of a adolescent record so he would not be penalized with housing.

Removing him out of his apartment at all was dumb. He needed structure. Every move broke it.

The common sense of the man I will now call TIC for lack of any better description of the anonymous man hiding behind a game chat AND stalking ....is so far gone. 

Starting to think of the few things I know about him: helped ensure a suicide at one of my old jobs, yet also had identity and access very specific role management changes they pushed out at Facebook.... Ones that would in theory only be known to you. Yet he knew who I assigned as associate for work or friend etc. Thinking tonight...I bet Shell had an API for alumni management at Facebook/Meta and some portion of that info was supplied to them. Specifically this man who stalks and harasses people to their literal death. Earmarked for now....because the crisis after crisis he has caused since 2012 is insane.
