Junior people should NOT exist in incident response that might implicate another worker

I'm just looking at how bad EVERYONE was at attribution tracing and security in 2004. The accused and I remained  friends. We never spoke about it, yet had we spoken, it might have been very insightful for better attribution. Obviously @hackingbutlegal never actually developed any skill beyond that event in 2004. And yes, she is involved with the crisis that resulted in two deaths with @neutralbutkind on X.
