Ok today I found the BMC/Halliburton (upstream) pamphlet

Probably will tie to Tim's scribbles my father purportedly found Tim had left him in 2010. He thought he was writing about a woman from the church. Well technically the offices are by the church. Someone met with Tim an pumped him with information about the Halliburton Insite assessment, or my father was given the information to write fiction off of five years after the assessment was performed. This would be the point in time I met Didi Budiharto and Paul Dial. I have to actually map these emails back to what my father wrote up. These emails would take place while the Real Time Operating Center was establishing better access management procedures as a result of an assessment. The theory someone was in the Real Time Operating Center space doing the constant "I'm stalking you" routine is starting to add up a bit. Yet it is worse, they really manipulated Tim and/or my father.
