This photo was circulated around a gaming forum in 2002. It was riddled with people calling others fucktards and retards from Sony Everquest Drinal Server. Someone named Candace Karademir threatened to stalk me with Hal Karademir, Dave Pawson, and Ted Snook. I thought we were having an anonymous adult conversation about ensuring teenagers do not get to a position in life where abortion is even a requirement. They decided to dox me because I was pro-education about birth control.
I never took a stance on abortion, no one wants to be in that position.
The forum still exists today on Tapatalk and it's very unclear why since it was 2002 and everyone has moved on with their lives for 23 years (except the person intentionally stalking until there were tangential fatalities now).
This was not a business topic yet recreational activity that devolved to typical gamer (bad) behavior on the Internet. Their inability to communicate at the (now Tapatalk) Everquest Drinal gamer forums, like adults, resulted in death threats and promises of swatting me. They terrorized me enough to fear for my safety.
I called a non-emergency number in 2002 and asked what I should do to the police since these individuals (especially Dave Pawson and Candace/Hal Karademir) had me fearing my life. Evidently I should have since the man decided to pick up and stalk again with it in 2017. The response was do nothing. Don't talk to them. Which I did.
Evidently someone decided the best solution was to partially allow some folks to go into Tapatalk and delete their own posts, then lock everyone else out of their Yahoo accounts. Memorializing only a partial portion of the communication.
The commmunications they deleted were Ted Snook (Tedule), Dave Pawson (Tyre Greybear), Kelly Donham Harris (Ceenedra), and Candace & Hal Karademir (Zandalay her handle/Morbeas his: which will become relevant 20 years later by a person named Ryan Tomcik at Mandiant).
I am not going to provide a link, the company doesn't deserve the advertisement (which they want) for retaining the information for so long. Anyone can Google it as Drinal Forums on Tapatalk for Sony Everquest.
They could have taken an archive in case of litigation and moved on like everyone else. What the company decided to do was extortion with it. There were very influential people who were locked out of their accounts.
I would call one known prominent member (Dirra Bey) to confirm if he was being stalked. He stated no; however, his account had been locked out. His name was Matt B. Denny from Valencia, California. He had self doxed.
That was their solution, delete partial information for some folks, and memorialize the rest for eternity while locking people out of their email accounts to reset or access the Tapatalk forums.
Later, all the way to 2018, I would have Anthony Giallambardo tell me to "self dox" my life history about a gamer forum while I was working at Concanon.
It is ridiculous, that in addition, I have someone stalking and trying to intervene in my marriage about this today with real time access to Apple Voice acquisitions.
The man obsessed for 24 years over a gamer forum discussion.
That evidence will come as I reach the relevant years. He has stalked me so much I'm forced to go through whatever disks I do have remaining, to pull up how long he has harassed me, intensifying that harassment, trying extortion with business email, leading to fatality.
Each data point will unfortunately need to be made year on year since I have received little to no real help with how intensely he stalked until fatality occurred.
You can Google most of the legal information about "Right to be Forgotten" (although this data would not classify as "personal data" in the USA).
I'm not building a legal blog as I am responding to the fatalities this person has ensured, being ridiculous, with zero help.
Seems someone decided to try to improve and write stalking procedures and use me as their use case - yet it is of little use due to the severity of their threats and manipulation of my sister to a point of violence and detriment for all as part of their hoaxes.
