Had my father not pieced together Tim's purported actions were based on his e-mail and my work...............or had he?

I'm going with my gut instinct. This was probably coercion by his wife, and new step-son. I have to go with my gut due to the failure of the individuals in My Games to identify the parties involved. 

I am working this week on what it takes to get a subpoena. Let's see how American and free our court system is at building a defense for Tim. 

It was where I was started and usually your gut is correct. 

 Thanks to the Delaware Court system and Cassandra the blogger (with @hackingbutlegal and @hacks4pancakes) my fathers last words, spoken to me, in life were dealing with the man online lying about his identity and discussing hyper-sexualized content about my sister.

It was determined Otie Mclay was the hoster of hate speech for the alleged pacifists at Pacifica.

I wish I could have been there to hug him, in 2010, point out to him what Tim is doing is in alignment with email from Shell and personal accounts, yet the conflicts between the people at Shell in Marketing and Security about digital brand were very real.

 Being there two times for grocery shopping, and either the current wife or last girlfriend helping me move out of my apartment. That was after all of the years of trauma had caught up with me by age 20. I recall her conveying a story about her sister.

After that it was conflict with my father over Christmas, loans, and evidently the piece I didn't know someone who felt the need to stalk me from his family over my grandmother. I was in school Greg. I woke up at 5:30 or 6AM worked until 5:30. Took a penalty on my classes I arrived to late due to the bus system. Stayed on campus until 9 or 10 in 4 classes at a time. Trying to make up for the lost years of my life.

There was no room for 8 years of someone you know in your family stalking me about that. 2019 to 2026? WTF. You either converse, learn and forgive or forget about the fact my grandmother did not understand I was going to school and working to get grounded in my life.

 I was there when she was dying - on morphine. Where were you? 

My father was all screwed up and punished by that decision to move her to Fayetteville and he kept on going. How does one have four kids, no job and keep the money flowing? It's kind of a problem they never did actual family planing so that was the place he had to offer for free. She didn't have to pay rent.

Where were you during that Greg? Where were you when your brother needed a force of hands on care? Coming up with a bot game with a soul sucking Tic?

Drunk Driver Goes To Court vs. Mental Health Ward

They get due process. The jury never knows whether or not he had been convicted of drunk driving.

 Someone with a mental health condition goes to court - completely different set of rules. Ticking and tying how many times he was picked up hiding in a dark corner somewhere terrified and documented as a negative.  

Add in this nonsense I still need to understand from 2010 - where he was manipulated and potentially innocent. I now know my work associate started manipulating him (yes they did) and shuffling him around in front of my meetings (yes they did) it is beyond a shadow of doubt now.

They could have spent 2010 actually negotiating removal of a adolescent record so he would not be penalized with housing.

Removing him out of his apartment at all was dumb. He needed structure. Every move broke it.

Starting to think of the few things I know about him: helped ensure a suicide at one of my old jobs, yet also had identity and access very specific role management changes they pushed out at Facebook.... Ones that would in theory only be known to you. Yet he knew who I assigned as associate for work or friend etc. Thinking tonight...I bet Shell had an API for alumni management at Facebook/Meta and some portion of that info was supplied to them. Specifically this man who stalks and harasses people to their literal death. Earmarked for now....because the crisis after crisis he has caused since 2012 is insane.

People trying to deal with folks abandoned

 Having a storage facility actually makes some sense. Doubt it worked out for Tim, he lost a lot of belongings. My sister thought that they housed him in one. I doubt it. I think they found him on the street and drug him back to the assisted living to make up a conflict.

Delete Me Services

Delete Me services do not work if you have a family member that might want to call you. They should have had a back-out plan to begin with and also a proxy contact like Domain Names have for verified family members. It's like a bad Agile roll-out.

This is an example of the spam messages he uses to share what he web scrapes. The data underlying the spam he sends, probably with a tool for phishing training, is always bizarre and political.
