It was not a document that went to HR Bo. I went to my manager to try to fix our team culture because it was starting to get wild. My boss was saying things I was not doing, Candis Smith was saying we weren't engaging her team when we had reams of documentation that Scott Ward had put together bringing his Dacum workshop expertise. You have no idea the politics that were going on in that environment.
