Have a drug abusing sister and brother who is tanking, especially if a work associate (who wound up causing suicide for other folks at Shell) is meddling.
Nowhere along the way does "family medical leave act" come into play - because my family was being ravaged with the ethical issues that come from people hiding their drug habits and a failed healthcare system.
