A request for money could not have come at a worse time- one week before we are putting all the cash we have in a house closing (a cheaper home than Julias) and when Jim appears to be losing his job. When I had the cash, my conditions were clearly communicated and not met. Unlike anyone in the family, I received absolutely NOTHING when mom or grandma died. I paid my way through college. I may never get to retire.... What I have earned is through my own sweat and labor and it won't change Julias condition if I give her anything... I have room in my heart/ethics to give shelter for Hadley if required (assuming my husband agrees) but I have nothing to give Julia at all. It would be putting money I actually don't have to give this week down a black hole. I would think if CPS finds her mentally I'll then a 1k psychiatric evaluation is not necessary. I recommend Russell get in contact with cps for their report...
